Hello there! I'm Ethan (though online I often go by Aspect404_), based in central Michigan, USA. Currently, I work as a thermoforming machine operator (with over 2 years of experience) at Vantage Plastics. Outside of work, I'm deeply curious about how things work, which fuels my hobbies:

• Backend Software Development: I was interested early on, bilding SWF games when I was 13. Since then, I've enjoyed creating a variety of software, from APIs and CLI tools to low-level firmware and more. These days, I primarily work with TypeScript, Zig, and Java, often focusing on projects like Minecraft mods/plugins and various bots.
• Amateur Organic Chemistry: Mesmerized by the complex yet beautiful chemical world, I enjoy learning about the fundamental chemical bonds and reactions that shape everything around us.
• Electrical Tinkering: I occasionally build small projects, often Arduino-based, to help automate household tasks.
